ONseason is a mobile application that provides structured offseason strength training programs for athletes. The app generates a personalized training schedule, tracks workout sessions, and provides progressive weight targets based on logged performance.
ONseason is a training organizational tool. It is not a substitute for professional strength and conditioning coaching, athletic training, or medical advice. Users follow the program entirely at their own risk.

Athletes should have a working knowledge of proper form for all prescribed exercises before using the app. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about beginning a strength training program, consult a physician before use.
ONseason is intended for use by athletes and individuals engaged in athletic strength training.
A parent or guardian must review these Terms and the Privacy Policy before a minor uses ONseason.

Athletes should use ONseason with appropriate adult, coach, or parent/guardian supervision, especially when learning or performing loaded exercises.
Strength training carries inherent physical risks. By using ONseason you acknowledge that:
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, injury symptoms, or other concerning physical reactions during training.
Rafael Guthartz and ONseason are not liable for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from use of the app or following its training recommendations.
The ONseason application, including its training logic, program structure, evaluation engine, user interface, and branding, is the property of Rafael Guthartz. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without explicit written permission.
Your use of ONseason is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at onseason.app/privacy. By using the app you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
In brief: we collect the information you provide to run the app. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising or commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ONseason at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at rafael.guthartz@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rafael Guthartz and ONseason shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or interruption of service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
